Stags View Holiday Home was worth every penny with its spacious rooms, amazing kitchen, and cozy living room. The location was perfect for exploring the Isle of Skye, and we even had the pleasure of seeing stags and does. The staff, especially Dougie, made our anniversary extra special with personalized suggestions and warm hospitality.
The breakfast selection could be improved by adding a small hook in the bathroom to hang clothes while showering.

The house is spacious, tidy, and very well equipped, making my stay comfortable and convenient. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious, providing ample space for relaxation. The conservatory was a highlight, offering a lovely area to enjoy tea, chat, and watch the stunning sunset. I also appreciated the designated area for drying clothes under the sun.
Although my stay was overall fantastic, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. We found that there was a shortage of toilet paper, and we had expected some toiletries such as soap to be provided.

The luxurious and comfortable bed, along with the thoughtful welcome treats, added an extra touch of pampering. The breakfast spread, including freshly baked bread and homemade jam, was delicious. The holiday home was beautifully situated with wide skies and stunning views. The kitchen was well-equipped and great for cooking, while the lounge and conservatory provided a fabulous space to relax. The rooms were spacious and tidy, with comfortable beds. We also appreciated the welcome pack with treats and practical foods.
The shower drainage in one of the bathrooms was slow, requiring us to pause mid-bath to allow the water to drain.

I recently stayed at Stags View in Portree for 10 days and it was the best place we stayed in our entire trip! The bed was absolutely fantastic and the breakfast, served in the beautiful conservatory with breathtaking views, was delicious. Dougie, one of the hosts, was incredibly friendly and gave us great recommendations on places to visit in Skye. The room had above-standard equipment, including soft towels, an iPhone docking station, and a coffee/tea maker. Dougie and Anne were the most wonderful, down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and helpful hosts we could ask for.
It would be happy to recommend this hotel.
